Refund Policy

Cancellations

All private-lesson and group lesson cancellations should be made prior to the start time by emailing Justin at justinarchuletagolf@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to contact us will result in the loss of the session.

Late Policy

1. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson.

2. All lessons will end 50-minutes after the scheduled start time.

3. If a participant is 15 minutes late, the lesson will be cancelled, and the participant will forfeit the lesson.

Refunds

Clients will obtain a refund or credit when:

• The client notifies Justin 24 hours prior to the time of the lesson. Cancellations or no shows inside 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit unless the time that was originally booked can be filled by another client. In this case the original booking will receive a credit.

• The instructor cancels the golf lesson due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• If the client advises Justin of a medical condition such that the instructor decides, that it would

be unsafe for the client to participate in the lesson, a credit will be allotted for a lesson to be booked at a later date.

• No refund will be made once the client has paid for and completed the first lesson.
